The latest Ask the Experts Facebook live presentations by Salinas Valley Memorial Healthcare System (SVMHS) will provide valuable and lifesaving information every woman needs to know. The Spanish and English language Women’s Health virtual presentations will be broadcast live on the hospital’s Facebook page Wednesday, May 26th at 1pm and 4pm. The presentations with our board certified physicians will be fun and engaging while providing important information and insight into some of the biggest threats to women’s health.

“Our physicians will discuss overall health and wellness, nutrition, exercise, and the importance of annual screenings,” says Pete Delgado, President/CEO of Salinas Valley Memorial Healthcare System. “We encourage the women in our lives, our neighbors and colleagues to watch these free live virtual presentations and make time to put their health and wellness first.”

OB GYN and Urogynecologist Gregory Kanter, MD, and family medicine physician Anastasia Klick, MD, are the featured speakers of the Spanish language Women’s Health (Salud de la Mujer) virtual presentation. Dr. Kanter practices at SVMC Healthcare for Women and Dr. Klick practices at SVMC Primecare. Joanna Oppenheim, MD and Rachel McCarthy Beck, MD are the presenters of the English language presentation. During these presentations my colleagues and I will discuss the importance of annual screenings such as mammograms, pelvic exams, and other life-saving exams.”

The Spanish language Ask the Experts virtual presentation on Women’s Health takes place Wednesday May 26th on the hospital’s Facebook page @SVMHS at 1pm. The English version takes place at 4pm. Those who tune in on Facebook will have the opportunity to have their questions answered.
