This upcoming Monday, May 18th, Sherrie Addison, Salinas Valley Health Yoga Flow instructor will be hosting a FREE trial ZOOM Yoga Class at 5:30 p.m.
We are testing the Zoom platform in hopes of launching a virtual six week Yoga series for both the community and our Salinas Valley Health staff.
