Video Visits

Available for patients at Salinas Valley Medical Clinic

Keeping healthy even while social distancing measures are in place is extremely important. With that in mind, Salinas Valley Medical Clinic has made video visits available for patients as we respond to the coronavirus COVID-19 situation. This service is available to both existing and new patients at SVMC. Here is how it works:

  • Video technology is accessible over mobile devices to connect patients with providers at all SVMC locations.
  • SVMC is contacting many current patients to convert some of their upcoming appointments to video visits. Not all in-clinic consultations are appropriate to be replaced with video visits.
  • Language translation assistance is available.
  • Standard insurance co-pays, coinsurance and deductibles apply to video visits.

At SVMC, we encourage you to continue your regular medical check-ups, medication schedules and treatment plans while California’s stay at home order remains in place. By offering video visits this is just one way we can help ensure that you are able to stay healthy during this challenging time.
