Since 1989, Salinas Valley Health has been a member of Children’s Miracle Network Hospitals (CMNH), a national charity dedicated to raising funds and awareness for children’s healthcare needs across North America. As one of 170 member hospitals, Salinas Valley Health receives donations through CMNH’s many national corporate partnerships, but most importantly, every dollar raised locally stays local to help children in our local tri-county community.

Since 1989, local donors and corporate partners have contributed over $12 million to local children’s healthcare needs throughout the Salinas Valley. Salinas Valley Health is the only CMNH Hospital for Monterey, Santa Cruz, and San Benito Counties and all local fundraising within these three counties directly benefits our program. The annual fundraising schedule for our local CMNH Program includes national fundraising programs such as Extra Life (a 24-hour gaming marathon), My Miracle Birthday, and Miracle Jeans Day, 16 corporate Miracle Balloon fundraising campaigns, and 3 Spanish Radiothons.
