This program is FREE and open to anyone wishing to reduce stress reduce isolation during difficult times and improve heart health.
The class is a simple present moment meditation proven to reduce stress and promote well-being. Sit on a chair or yoga mat and learn mindfulness techniques to create healthy life patterns.
Location: Due to COVID-19, this class will be offered via ZOOM, a free application available on most smart phones and computers/tablets.

Mondays: January 4, 11, 18, 25, 2021; 12:00 - 1:15 p.m.
Wednesdays: January 6, 13, 20, 27, 2021; 5:15 - 6:30 p.m.
Fridays: January 1, 8, 15 (5:30 pm), 22, 29, 2021; 12:00 - 1:15 p.m.
