This program is FREE and open to anyone wishing to reduce stress reduce isolation during difficult times and improve heart health.

The class is a simple present moment meditation proven to reduce stress and promote well-being. Sit on a chair or yoga mat and learn mindfulness techniques to create healthy life patterns. 

Location: Due to COVID-19, this class will be offered via ZOOM, a free application available on most smart phones and computers/tablets.  

2020 Dates:

Fridays: May 1st, 8th, 15th, 22nd, 29th; 12:00 - 1:15 p.m. 

Mondays: May 4th, 11th, 18th, 25th; 5:30 - 6:45 p.m. 

Wednesdays: May 6th, 13th, 20th, 27th; 5:30 - 6:45 p.m.
