Services you have access to include:
Orthopedic surgery – You will receive a full spectrum of care at the Joint Replacement
Center, with both surgical and non-surgical options for treating sports
injuries, degenerative musculoskeletal system diseases, trauma and more.
Hip replacement – Your recommended course of treatment will depend on the extent
of damage to your hip. Our team at SVMHS can provide you with the information
you need to determine whether total replacement or partial replacement
Knee replacement – Is surgery the right option for you, or would you be better served
by an alternative treatment option? Our specialists can answer that question
for you. While knee replacement surgery is the most common joint replacement
procedure and has a high success rate, some patients are served better
with other options. Our team focuses on individualized treatment plans
and solutions personalized to you.
Rehabilitation – Most patients take six months to fully recover from a joint replacement
procedure. Our goal is to support you as you make steady strides toward

Joint Replacement Class (free of charge) – Whether you are scheduled for a joint replacement surgery or you
are considering a treatment option that best suits your needs, you are
welcome to attend our Joint Replacement class at no cost. SVMH offers
Joint Replacement classes weekly in both English and Spanish. Classes
are taught by registered nurses and physical/occupational therapists to
provide you with a comprehensive understanding of the joint replacement
