The Healthcare Advertising Awards are the oldest, largest and most widely respected healthcare advertising awards competition in the United States. A national panel of judges reviewed entries based on creativity, quality, message effectiveness, consumer appeal, graphic design and overall impact.

The Aster Awards has been honoring excellence in healthcare advertisement since 2002 and is considered one of the most elite competitions dedicated to recognizing the most talented healthcare marketing professionals for outstanding excellence in advertising, marketing and communications. Entries are judged by a panel of design and healthcare marketing professionals with decades of combined experience. The entries are judged on creativity, layout and design, typography, production, quality and overall effectiveness.

The publicly elected Board of Directors recognized the SVMHS marketing team at its June 28th meeting.
