Exercise Challenge 2019
TAKE THE CHALLENGE
This FREE 4-week program starts from February 4 to March 3, 2019 and is
designed to promote a healthy lifestyle and regular aerobic exercise.
Participants exercise on their own and record the minutes of exercise
on the Exercise Challenge Progress Chart provided below.
Exercise at least 150 minutes a week to enter prize drawings and enjoy
Exercise Challenge Information
Taking the Exercise Challenge is a great way to engage in a little friendly
competition, solidify a habit of physical activity and win great prizes.
Regular exercise strengthens the heart and prevents cardiovascular diseases.
Walking at least 30 minutes a day greatly reduces the risk of heart disease
and stroke. This simple form of exercise is ideal for controlling high
blood pressure; it improves circulation, reduces bad cholesterol (LDL),
and helps increase good cholesterol (HDL).
