Qi-Gong is a proven Chinese system of slow mindful movement ending in a
short sitting meditation to calm and balance the body and mind.
This program is open to anyone who wishes to reduce stress and fatigue
and to improve energy and well being.

(No class December 25 & January 1, 2019).

FREE and open to the public.

Location: Downing Resource Center Conference Room C, (located in the basement
of the hospital's parking garage). If location changes, we will place
