Diagnostic X-Ray
An x-ray image is produced when a small amount of radiation passes through the body and strikes a sheet of sensitive film or digitized plate on the other side of the body.

Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI)
MRI produces detailed pictures of the inside of the body, using a strong magnetic field in conjunction with radio waves and a computer.

Computerized Axial Tomography (CT Scan)
CT Shows internal body parts in greater detail than a standard x-ray. Using special detectors, images are graphically displayed on the computer screen.

Ultrasound
Ultrasound or sonography uses high frequency sound waves. Computers analyze these echos to create a picture of internal organs.

Nuclear Medicine
Nuclear Medicine uses radioactive isotopes to examine the functions and physiology of various organs.

Positron Emission Tomography (PET)
PET is primjarily used to find cancer. A small amount of injected radioactive isotope emits rays which are sensed by detectors and analyzed by computers that produce a 3-dimensional image

Mammography uses the most advanced diagnostic imaging of the breast and a stereotactic unit, the most modern and precise equipment for breast biopsies. R2 Image Checker is an advanced technology, which in conjunction with your mammogram, detects suspicious areas and shows them more clearly.

3D Radiology
Vast quantities of data from our CT scanner are reconfigured into meaningful three dimensional representation of parts of the body. Especially useful in the treatment of cancer, 3-D imaging allows radiation to conform precisely to target areas of cancer while sparing normal healthy tissue.
