provides a wider scope of home services and therapies than any other Central Coast home health organization |

provides more than 75,000 home health visits each year, including pediatric visits by the region's only multi-disciplined pediatric home health care team |

provides care to all who are in need, within available VNA resources as provided by generous gifts from the community, providing over $1 million in un-reimbursed care each year |

accepts Medicare, Medi-Cal, private insurance and private payments for most of VNA's services |
|
cares for the majority of the low-income Medi-Cal patients in Monterey County |
|
has a staff of more than 250 employees, and more than 720 physicians provide referrals or serve as Medical Directors or Advisors |

is a local, non-profit organization, governed by a volunteer Board of Directors who serve without compensation |

is state licensed, Medicare certified, and accredited with commendations by the Community Health Accreditation Program (CHAP) |
