ScaleWe all know holiday parties, eating and disruption in our normal exercise routine can take a toll on our good intentions. The SVMHS Maintain Don't Gain program is designed to help keep us on track during the challenging months of November and December. Maintain Don't Gain encourages people to engage in regular, aerobic exercise in a fun and supportive program. All individuals who exercise at least 90 minutes per week will be eligible for a midpoint program raffle and a grand prize raffle at the end of the program. Please review the rules and opportunities before enrolling. The Maintain Don't Gain Progress Chart is specifically designed each year for the program but feel free to download it and use it as a motivational tool to track your aerobic activity year round!
