Fennel seeds, crushed slightly with the side of a large knife1 teaspoon
Paprika¾ teaspoon
Garlic powder¾ teaspoon
Freshly ground black pepper to taste
Salt¼ teaspoon
Boneless pork loin chops, visible fat trimmed2 (6-ounce)
Canola oil1 teaspoon
  1. Directions
  2. Combine brown sugar, fennel, paprika, garlic, pepper, and salt in a small bowl. Drizzle pork with oil and rub with spice mixture. Set aside.
  3. Prepare grill. Grill pork about 3-4 minutes on each side, or until cooked through.
