Crème fraiche¼ cup
Sweet pepper relish2 tablespoons
Canola oil1 teaspoon
Salmon filet¾ pound
Salt¼ teaspoon

  2. Preheat oven to 425˚F.
  3. Combine crème fraiche and sweet pepper relish in a small bowl.
  4. Spread oil onto an oven-safe baking dish and then place fish, skin side down, in the dish.
  5. Sprinkle fish with salt, and then spread the sauce over the fish.
  6. Bake for 20-22 minutes or until fish flakes easily.
