President's Welcome

On behalf of our Board of Governors and Foundation Staff, I personally welcome you to our Online Foundation.

The Salinas Valley Memorial Hospital Foundation through committees composed of volunteers seeks tax deductible gifts of cash, securities, and other properties as well as deferred gifts. Our goal is to enhance the quality of health care given to the members of our community at Salinas Valley Memorial Healthcare Systems.

Working to support the Salinas Valley Memorial Hospital District, the Foundation was created by a group of public-spirited individuals in 1979. The Board of Governors has grown to 34 members. Over the years, the Foundation has raised more than $20 million to provide excellence in health care for the patients at Memorial Hospital.

Please take some time and look around our Foundation site. Note that you are able to make a gift, print a registration form for one of our special events and learn more about our Planned Giving Society and special campaigns.
