Reduced-fat mayonnaise1 tablespoon
Dijon mustard1 tablespoon
Boneless, skinless chicken breast halves2
Cooking spray
Slivered almonds, coarsely chopped2 tablespoons

  2. Preheat oven to 375°F.
  3. In a small bowl, combine mayonnaise and mustard.
  4. Place chicken breasts in a baking dish coated with cooking spray. Spread mustard mixture over tops of chicken. Sprinkle with almonds and bake 20-25 minutes, or until chicken is cooked through.
