Ingredients and Preparation

Cranberries1 cup
Blueberries1 cup
Pineapple, diced1 cup
Jalapeno chiles, green seeded and deveined, diced small½
Sugar1 teaspoon
Star fruits, ¼ inch slices2
Fat free cream cheese2 tablespoons
Heavy cream1 tablespoon
  1. Directions
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the cranberries, blueberries, pineapple, and jalapeno.
  3. Gently mix in the sugar.
  4. In a separate bowl, combine the cream cheese and heavy cream; mix well.
  5. Place the mixture in a piping bag with a large tip. Pipe out a large rosette in the center of each star fruit slice.
  6. Top with the fruit mixture.
