Roma tomatoes6 (or 3 large regular tomatoes)
Onion, finely chopped½ medium
Garlic clove, finely minced1
Serrano or jalapeno peppers, finely chopped2
Cilantro, chopped3 tablespoons  
Oregano, finely crushed1/8 teaspoon

Avocado (black skin), diced½
Juice of 1 lime
