Ingredients and Preparation

Fresh thyme leaves, minced1 tablespoon (or 1 teaspoon dried)
Rosemary leaves, minced1 teaspoon
Garlic clove, minced1
Salt½ teaspoon
Freshly ground pepper to taste
Sirloin steak tips½ pound

  2. Prepare grill.
  3. Combine thyme, rosemary, garlic, salt, and pepper. Rub onto both sides of the steak.
  4. Grill steak for 2-4 minutes on each side, or until desired degree of doneness is achieved. Let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
