90% lean ground beef½ pound
Red onion, chopped¼ cup
Feta cheese, crumbled½ cup
Kalmata olives, pitted, chopped, and halved¼ cup
Salt1/8 teaspoon
Freshly ground pepper to taste
Olive oil2 teaspoons
  1. Directions
  2. Combine beef through pepper in a medium bowl until well mixed. Shape into 2 burgers.
  3. Heat 2 teaspoons olive oil in a nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. Place burgers on skillet and cook for 4-5 minutes on each side, until cooked through.
